Read this first. EduPips is an educational application. It is not a broker, not a trading platform, and not a source of investment advice. Nothing in the app represents a real market, a real account, or a real trade. If you want to trade real money, use a regulated broker in your jurisdiction.

1. Who we are

EduPips is an independent educational project. We are not affiliated with any broker, exchange, or financial institution. We do not manage money, we do not provide research, and we do not recommend any instrument.

2. What the app is

A library of short video lessons and illustrated glossary terms on how forex and CFDs work.
A practice simulator that lets you place pretend orders against locally-generated simulated prices.
Self-paced quizzes and briefings to reinforce concepts.

3. What the app is not

Not investment advice. Content is general education, not tailored to you.
Not a signal service. Nothing in the app is a "buy" or "sell" recommendation.
Not real money trading. All charts, prices, and trade results are simulated on your device. There is no backend account, no deposit, no withdrawal, no leverage.
Not a substitute for professional advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making real investment decisions.

4. Risk warning

Trading foreign exchange and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance — real or simulated — is not a reliable indicator of future results. EduPips teaches the mechanics of these products; it does not assess your suitability for them.

5. How you may use the app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the app's source code.
Claim affiliation with EduPips or the concept behind it.
Use content from the app in advertising for a competing commercial product.
Attempt to bypass the free-access model or scrape the app's content at scale.

6. Intellectual property

The EduPips name, logo, lesson scripts, illustrated diagrams, simulator design, and app code are the intellectual property of EduPips. Individual lesson content is provided for educational use only and may not be republished without written permission.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the educational content is exhaustive, current, or accurate. You use the app at your own risk.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduPips is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the app, your reliance on its educational content, or your trading decisions made outside the app.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time. We may discontinue or modify the app at any time, with or without notice. If we do terminate the service, previously provided lesson content may remain accessible as an educational reference unless we withdraw it for legal reasons.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute relating to the app falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
